Blueberry Mango Smoothie
Updated October 03, 2023
School is back in session and the mornings might be a little crazy. I remember the days of fighting for the bathroom, finishing up my homework, frantically searching for my library books, and trying to eat breakfast before I missed the bus. There never seemed to be enough time in the morning. I was always rushed. If you are looking for an easy, healthy breakfast, try this Blueberry Mango Smoothie. It is easy to make and kids and adults will love it.
This smoothie recipe only has four ingredients. I told you it was easy! All you have to do is throw the ingredients in the blender and let it do the work.
I like to use frozen blueberries to add thickness to the smoothie, plus I always have frozen berries on hand. If you have fresh berries, just throw in a couple of ice cubes. I use plain fat-free Greek yogurt-Chobani is my favorite, but feel free to use your favorite brand.
I like my smoothies thick, so I don’t add a lot of liquid, just a splash of milk or water to help it blend. You can use soy, almond, or skim milk. This smoothie is very versatile. This recipe serves 2. If Josh isn’t around to share with me, I drink half of the smoothie and put the rest in the freezer for later. I like to take the smoothie out of the freezer as soon as I wake up in the morning. By the time I am ready for breakfast it is defrosted and ready to drink. I love having a healthy breakfast ready to go!
This Blueberry Mango Smoothie also makes a great post workout snack. I love making this smoothie after Body Pump class. The Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein and helps refuel my muscles. This smoothie really is good anytime of the day-as an after school snack or even healthy dessert.
So what are you waiting for? Grab some blueberries, mango, yogurt, and milk/water, and get blending! You will have a delicious Blueberry Mango Smoothie in minutes!
What is the Best Blender for Smoothies?
I’ve used a TON of blenders to make smoothies, and my current favorite is the Breville Super Q Blender. It’s super dependable and makes my smoothies the perfect consistency. You can get it on Amazon, but you can check out my other recs in my best blenders for smoothies round up!Blueberry Mango Smoothie

- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt I used Chobani 0%
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk almond milk, or skim milk or water (the liquid helps it blend)

Blueberry Mango smoothies are my favorite!
Looks delicious! I’d probably throw some spinach leaves in there too – doesn’t change the taste at all, and gets those dark leafy greens in painlessly. I love mangos, but I never seem to think of any good recipes using them, so this is great. Smoothies in the morning are the best!
Mango is always a fun addition to smoothies!
Love that there are only 4 ingredients. It looks so good. Great idea too regarding freezing the leftovers.
I love recipes that have few ingredients! This looks great.
Omg, YES.

This is perfect! I added 1 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 tbsp of Body By Vi Protein powder for after my workout. 🙂

Yum! I always have frozen berries on hand too!
I am looking forward to trying this One!!
I live in the upper Midwest where Mangoes are all but a distant thought-what would be a good replacement? I’m not very creative, plus I’d like to keep it ‘fresh’ b/c my first thought was peaches, but hard to find fresh ones in the middle of winter here in South Dakota. 🙂
Try using bananas instead
Great! I added a tablespoon of agave nectar to sweeten it up just a tad.
Very nice post,, This will be complement the Healthy Smoothie Recipes Ebook I’ve Purchased.
Yumm, that smoothie looks delicious. Love the blendtec blender too 🙂
Haven’t had the honor of testing a Blendtec yet, I have only used the Vitamix and Ninja so far.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for sharing this great article! That is very interesting Smile I love reading and I am always searching for informative information like this!
best whey protein for women
Minus apples, my girlfriend cut up some mango and mixed it with blueberries for my lunch tomorrow 🙂
Hopefully there’s enough left at home for tomorrow to blend.
Added 1 teaspoon of honey, little bit of milk 2 ice cube with a punnet of blueberries (about 200mg) and one mango (2 cheeks fresh). Came out brilliant!
This is pretty good! I ended up cutting back on the yogurt and adding a little ice to get the consistency where I liked it but definitely great taste!
Would this be okay with plain dannon yogurt?
That should be fine!
Great juice. I give it a 10/10. I normally make my own juice, and this is a nice change up for me. You get a great blueberry lime taste. It literally tastes just like the description given.

Awesome!! Loved this so much, definitely recommended
I added some flax seed for additional protein, fibre and omega-3. Reallyl nice. And for a real treat use lite coconut milk – or coconut extract.
I like to add cinnamon also. Sometimes peanut butter.
Loved it. I added strawberries and honey and mint- the mint made it even better and the smoothie was really easy. Making it again!
How many ounces does this (2 servings) make? I need to make sure it can fit in my Ninja (16 oz.) Also can I split this recipe in half? Is it okay to use 2% milk instead of Soy?
How many ounces does this (2 servings) make? I need to make sure it can fit in my Ninja (16 oz.) Also can I split this recipe in half? Is it okay to use 2% milk instead of Soy? Update: SPLIT IN HALF FOR 16 OZ. BLENDER!!!
Sure, you can use 2% milk and you can half the recipe or make it in two batches if you have a small blender.
This was really good! Thanks for the recipe.
