Berry Brownie Trifle
Updated March 26, 2019
Happy Valentine’s Day! We like Valentine’s Day, but we keep the holiday simple. We usually make a special meal at home, which of course includes dessert. This year we are celebrating the day of love with a Berry Brownie Trifle.
We used our favorite King Arthur Flour fudge brownies for the base of our trifle. We layered brownies, mixed berries, raspberry jam, and whipped cream to create this decadent trifle. We topped the dessert off with extra berries and chocolate shavings. I love making trifles because they are easy to make, but stunning to serve.
We made one individual trifle to share, I know, we are so romantic, but feel free to make a large one to serve a crowd. If you are looking for a special dessert to serve to your sweetheart on Valentine’s Day, make a Berry Brownie Trifle. You will for sure earn brownie points:)

CAn this be made the day before?
You can make the brownies and whipped cream the day before and have all of the prep work done, but I would assemble it the day of.
Thank you, I am glad I waited waited. I was a little worried with the raspberries.
Can you make ahead of time like the day before ?
