Ingredients

creamy almond butter

honey

teaspoon
vanilla extract

teaspoon
almond extract,
optional

old fashioned oats

vanilla protein powder

sea salt
1/4
cup
freeze-dried raspberries

white chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract, if using. Stir with a spatula until smooth.
Add the oats, protein powder, and sea salt; stir until well combined. Stir in the freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into balls, about 1 tablespoon per ball. You can also use a cookie scoop to form the balls.
Place in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
