Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini paste
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cold water, more as needed
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup, can use honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini paste, lemon juice, water, maple syrup, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. If the dressing is a little too thick, you can always add a little more water until desired consistency is reached. Taste and add more lemon or maple syrup, if necessary.

Notes

Store the dressing in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
