Arrange arugula on a large serving platter. Top with strawberries and cucumbers.
Break apart the burrata cheese and arrange it on top of the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
Top with candied pecans, fresh basil, and pickled red onions, if using. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
Serve with grilled bread or crusty bread, if desired. You can also add homemade croutons to the salad.
