2slicesbread
2tablespoonsArla Herbs & Spices cream cheese
1/4cuparugula
6cucumber slices
1/4cupalfalfa sprouts
1/2avocadopit removed and sliced
5yellow bell pepper strips
3tablespoons shredded carrots
5red bell pepper strips
2 tomato slices
2radishessliced
3tablespoonsfinely chopped purple cabbage
Instructions
Spread the cream cheese on each slice of bread. Take one slice of the bread and layer the veggies, starting with the arugula and ending with the purple cabbage. Place the other piece of bread on top, cream cheese side down, and gently press the sandwich together. It will be a mighty sandwich. Grab a napkin and enjoy immediately.
