Ingredients
2naan flatbreads
Olive oil,for brushing
8ozbrie cheese,rind removed and sliced
2medium pears,thinly sliced
1teaspoonchopped fresh rosemary
1-2tablespoonshoney
Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the flatbread on a large baking sheet. If they don’t fit on one, you can use two baking sheets. Brush lightly with olive oil. Top evenly with brie, sliced pears, and rosemary.
Place in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and drizzle the flatbreads with honey. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Cut the flatbread into pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
Naan flatbread or pita bread will work! Serves 8 as an appetizer, but it can be a meal too!
