Ingredients
1cupplain Greek yogurt,or sour cream
1/4cuppacked cilantro leaves
1small jalapeño pepper,stem and seeds removed*
2tablespoonslime juice
1clovegarlic,minced
1/4teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoondried dill
Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
Instructions
Combine the Greek yogurt, cilantro, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, garlic, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.
Notes
If you are worried about the dressing being too spicy, you can use 1/2 jalapeño pepper. Blend and taste. You can always add the other half.
