Buffalo Chicken Dip is a versatile, mouthwatering appetizer that’s perfect for almost any gathering. Whether you’re feeding a crowd or just looking for a delicious snack, this dip hits all the right notes. With its creamy texture, spicy kick, and cheesy goodness, it’s always a fan favorite.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or 8-inch cast iron skillet and set aside.
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, hot sauce, Greek yogurt, green onion, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
Stir in 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, and chicken. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the dip is warmed bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with green onion, crumbled blue cheese, and fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with chips and/or veggies.
Notes
Store leftover dip in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. You can make the dip in the slow cooker. Combine all ingredients (except garnishes) in the slow cooker. Cook on love for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally or until dip is hot and bubbly. After it’s done cooking, you can keep the dip on warm. Stir frequently.
