In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium salad bowl, cucumber, chickpeas, green onion, dill, feta cheese, and pita chips. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve.
Note-if cucumber seeds bug you, you can remove the seeds or buy seedless cucumbers.
