In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, Greek yogurt, green chiles, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Spread the bean mixture into an 8x8-inch or 2-quart baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven.
