Combine the coconut milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. During the last 5 minutes of churning, add the crushed Oreos.
Transfer the ice cream to a plastic container, cover, and freeze until ready to eat.
Note-Alice recommends using Chaokoh brand coconut milk because of its high fat content.
