Weekly Meal Plan

Happy Memorial Day weekend. Any fun plans? We are laying low and trying to get caught up on work and life. It has been a busy month! Don’t worry, there will be time for relaxing and good food on Monday! We have some Memorial Day ideas for you today and a full week of dinner ideas. Enjoy the long weekend!

Monday (5/30): Happy Memorial Day! Celebrate with Balsamic Grilled Cherry, Blueberry, Goat Cheese, and Candied Hazelnut Salad, Blueberry, Strawberry, and Jicama Salsa, Sausage and Pepper Skewers, and Twix Ice Cream Pie for dessert!

Tuesday (5/31): Eat Memorial Day leftovers for dinner! Make Almond Butter Oat Balls to snack on this week!

Wednesday (6/1): Grilled Avocado and Vegetable Tacos Grilled avocados make these veggie tacos extra special!

Thursday (6/2): Cheese Ravioli with Lemon Basil Butter Sauce– You can have this delicious ravioli dish on your dinner table in under 30 minutes. The lemon basil butter sauce is EVERYTHING!

Friday (6/3): Roasted Mushroom and Gruyere ToastsCrusty bread topped with garlic, roasted mushrooms, thyme and melted Gruyere cheese! Serve a simple green salad on the side and make Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies with Sea Salt for dessert.

Saturday (6/4): Make Maple Roasted Blueberry Almond Oatmeal for breakfast! Go out to dinner or eat leftovers.

Sunday (6/5): Roasted Asparagus Risotto with a simple fruit salad on the side and a Raspberry Galette for dessert.

    1. Thanks so much! I am glad you like the meal plans. I took the summer off, but will probably start back up in the fall. You can use all of the meal plans in the archives right now. There are lots to choose from!

  2. How come your meals don’t seem to reuse ingredients? Seems like quite a large shopping list, and no allowances for leftovers so you don’t have to cook everyday?

    1. I have the same issue. It would be nice to have it taken farther, but I do love the meals.
