Weekly Meal Plan {Week 63}

I feel like we need a special meal planning song, you know, to get us in the groove. I will have to work on that:) Until then, turn on your favorite tunes and get to work! It’s going to be another delicious week!
Monday (4/11): Roasted Broccoli Quinoa Salad– Start your week with a healthy salad for dinner. This one is filling!
Tuesday (4/12): Brie, Pesto, and Sweet Pepper Grilled Cheese– Warm, melty brie with basil pesto and sweet red peppers! Serve a simple green salad on the side.
Wednesday (4/13): Chorizo Bacon Breakfast Burritos– These burritos are filled with chorizo, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and cheese! My boys love breakfast for dinner nights!
Thursday (4/14): Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Cashew Dipping Sauce and Cucumber, Avocado, and Feta Salad– This meal is full of flavor!
Friday (4/15): Avocado Asparagus Toast– Keep things simple tonight and enjoy this beautiful spring toast! Make Biscoff Oatmeal Cookies for dessert.
Saturday (4/16): Blueberry Mango Smoothies for breakfast! Go out or eat leftovers for dinner.
Sunday (4/17): Cheese Ravioli with Lemon Basil Butter, Roasted Lemon Green Beans, and Raspberry Galette for dessert. I like to serve vanilla ice cream with the galette, so don’t forget to add ice cream to your grocery list!

I am a regular reader of your weekly meal plans. All recipes are awesome. Sweet potatoes fries with cashew dipping sauce and avocado and asparagus toast are superb recipes.
