Happy weekend! Are you ready for another delicious week? We are sharing dinner ideas AND some fun ideas for your Easter menu because Easter is next Sunday! Yay! Enjoy!
Monday (3/21): Asian Kale Salad– Start your week with this healthy and colorful kale salad!
Tuesday (3/22): Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup– Let your slow cooker make you dinner tonight! This hearty soup is always a hit!
Wednesday (3/23): Eat leftover soup for dinner. Make Sweet Potato Rosemary Biscuits to go with the soup!
Thursday (3/24): Easy Chicken Zucchini Noodle Stir Fry– This stir fry only takes 30 minutes to make! It is a great weeknight meal!
Friday (3/25): Pesto, Artichoke, and Havarti Grilled Cheese– This cheesy sandwich is bursting with flavor! Serve cut up veggies on the side!
Saturday (3/26): Start your weekend with a German Pancake with Berries. This pancake puffs up in the oven and is so easy to make! Get ready for Easter and make nest cookies! Make No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Nest Cookies, Coconut Lemon Macaroon Nests, or Coconut Nutella Macaroon Nests…or make them all! They are all easy, delicious, and super cute!
Sunday (3/27): Happy Easter! Start the holiday with Toasted Coconut Pancakes! For dinner, make a Kale, Strawberry, and Avocado Salad, Roasted Asparagus, and Parmesan Crusted Scalloped Potatoes to go with your ham. For dessert, enjoy Carrot Cake…and the nest cookies you made yesterday!
