Are you ready for another week of good eats? Good, because we have a delicious week planned for you! Grab your groceries and get cooking! Enjoy!
Monday (2/22): Penne with Roasted Cauliflower and Lemon Caper Vinaigrette– I love the flavors in this healthy pasta dish!
Tuesday (2/23): Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup– This veggie loaded soup is easy to make! Let your slow cooker do the work! Serve crusty bread on the side.
Wednesday (2/24): Eat leftover soup for dinner! Make Peanut Butter, Banana, and Honey Muffins for breakfast or snack time!
Thursday (2/25): Avocado Egg Salad Sandwiches– My favorite egg salad! It is the BEST! Serve orange slices and cup up veggies on the side.
Friday (2/26): Black Bean and Sweet Potato Tostadas– One of our favorite easy meals! Serve Pistachio Guacamole on the side!
Saturday (2/27): Brown Butter Banana Waffles– Start your weekend with waffles! The brown butter makes them extra special! Go out or get takeout for dinner!
Sunday (2/28): Rosemary Lemon Oven-Fried Chicken with Greek Yogurt Biscuits and Green Beans with Lemon and Shallots. For dessert, enjoy Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies!
