Weekly Meal Plan

This week is filled with quick and easy recipes, plus some fun ideas for Valentine’s Day! Enjoy!

Monday (2/8): Creamy Roasted Cauliflower Chowder– We are staying warm with this comforting chowder tonight!

Tuesday (2/9): Black Bean and Mango Tostadas– We bake corn tortillas in the oven to make healthier tostadas! Let everyone top their tostadas with their favorite toppings!

Wednesday (2/10): Creamy Butternut Squash Pasta– Our boys love this pasta! It’s a great way to sneak in some veggies!

Thursday (2/11): Spinach Artichoke Egg Casserole– We love breakfast for dinner! Serve fresh fruit on the side!

Friday (2/12): Easy French Bread Pizza– This easy pizza is perfect for Friday night!

Saturday (2/13): Make Chocolate Shortbread Heart Cookies to share with your loved ones! Go out or enjoy leftovers!

Sunday (2/14): Happy Valentine’s Day! Start the day with a Chocolate Dutch Baby pancake! For dinner, make Cheese Ravioli with Lemon Basil Butter Sauce, Pomegranate, Orange, and Avocado Salad, and enjoy Raspberry Truffle Brownies for dessert!

  1. I don’t like the annoying Lindt pop-up that covers the screen. Took awhile to find the CLOSE. Get rid of it.

  2. This was fantastic!  I eliminated a few steps, though, by buying frozen cooked pureed butternut squash.  My grocery store sells boxes of it for less than a dollar each, so it saved me a ton of time and money!
