Weekly Meal Plan {Week 5}
Updated May 14, 2020
Need dinner ideas? We are here to help! We hope you enjoy this week’s meal plan! Have a great weekend!
Week 5:
Monday (2/16): Pasta with Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Sauce-This easy pasta dish is full of flavor thanks to the roasted red pepper tomato sauce. We use whole wheat penne pasta, but any pasta will work. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, fresh basil, and enjoy!
Tuesday (2/17):Lemon Chia Seed Pancakes with Roasted Strawberries–Today is Pancake Day and to celebrate we’re having breakfast for dinner!
Wednesday (2/18): Slow Cooker Turkey Chili– Josh loves this hearty chili after a long day of skiing! I am making a batch of Whole Grain Fruit Filled Bars to have on hand. They are a great brown bag, after school, or anytime treat!
Thursday (2/19): Get Your Greens Salad– is loaded with all things green and super duper healthy! Add in our Pesto Cheese Bread and you’ve got the makings of a quick and easy dinner.
Friday (2/20): Easy French Bread Pizza–We love this easy pizza! Let everyone pick their favorite toppings. We’ll be making sausage and cheese for the guys and lots of veggies for me! I’m also be making up a batch of Chocolate Turtle Cookies to start off the weekend! TGIF.
Saturday (2/21): Gooey Cinnamon Biscuits– these cinnamon layered biscuits taste similar to a gooey pull-apart cinnamon roll, but are super simple to make. Whip up a batch of scrambled eggs to go with the biscuits. For dinner, eat leftovers from the week or go out!
Sunday (2/22): Brown Butter Brussels Sprouts Pasta with Toasted Hazlenuts – this is one of my favorite pasta dishes and I think you’ll love it too! For dessert, make this fabulous Apple Cinnamon Crumble. The smell will bring the whole family to the kitchen! Serve the crisp warm with vanilla ice cream…YUM!

Breakfast for dinner is always fun and easy. I cannot wait for Tuesday.
I had no idea Tuesday was pancake day! I’ll need to plan accordingly 🙂
I used to enjoy going to your website so much, and for me it is an effort now that your format has changed. When I click on a link for a recipe, it always ends up with an advertisement and I have to click back. It is so time wasting. I realize that the advertisements are needed and certainly help to maintain your website, but it just seems to take so darn long just to load a recipe. Thank you.
Sorry you are having issues accessing our site! Thanks for letting us know. We are looking into fixing this!
If I got to eat all these amazing recipes in one week, I would be a happy woman! I’ve made the brown butter pasta with brussels sprouts and it’s delicious. I’m not a huge hazelnut fan so subbed pine nuts and they worked great. Thanks for all the great recipes and inspiration!
My husband and I have been trying to eat healthier this year and your weekly food plans have had some great recipes so far! We loved the Crispy Black Bean Quinoa Burritos with Avocado Cream Dip, Roasted Broccoli Grilled Cheese, Avocado Pita Pizza with Cilantro Sauce and the Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chili!! We are going to make the Cauliflowe
Love your weekly meal plans! Thanks so much for doing them!
great plan, worth to try out 🙂
