Christmas week is right around the corner! Are you ready? We are sharing easy dinner ideas to help you survive the busy week. We also have Christmas breakfast and dinner ideas, plus lots of sweet treats! We are baking right up until the end! Enjoy!
Week 48
Monday (12/21): Quinoa Spinach Mac and Cheese– We love this quinoa mac and cheese. The Parmesan panko topping is amazing! Make Chocolate Peppermint Ganache Cookies and Easy Graham Cracker Toffee to share with neighbors and friends!
Tuesday (12/22): Goat Cheese Lemon Pasta with Kale– Fresh, flavorful and takes less than 30 minutes to make. Make Candied Pecans for gift giving, snacking, or for your holiday salads!
Wednesday (12/23): Brie, Fig, and Apple Grilled Cheese– This is the perfect sandwich to enjoy with a bowl of warm soup. Yay for easy comfort food! Still baking? Use some of the candied pecans to make a batch of Candied Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are SO good!
Thursday (12/24): Make a big pot of Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup to enjoy on Christmas Eve night! Prepare Baked Eggnog French Toast for the morning! Don’t forget to leave cookies out for Santa. I think he will appreciate a plate of Brown Butter Salted Caramel Snickerdoodles.
Friday (12/25): Merry Christmas! We will start our morning with my dad’s famous Cinnamon Rolls. For dinner, enjoy Spinach Artichoke Lasagna Roll Ups, Pesto, Roasted Red Pepper, and Cheese Crescent Rolls, and Deep Dish Chocolate Truffle Cookies for dessert.
Saturday (12/26): Eat leftovers today!
Sunday (12/27): Baked Potato Soup– This soup is so thick and creamy and its perfect for topping with all of your favorite baked potato ingredients: chives, cheese, sour cream, bacon…let your imagination go wild! For dessert, I’ll be making Peppermint Bark Milkshakes!
If you make one of our recipes, take a picture and share on Instagram! Use the hashtag #twopeasandtheirpod! We want to see what you are making in your kitchen! And don’t forget to follow us on Instagram!

Your dads cinnamon rolls look amazing!! But I don’t need 30 of them, could I just cut the recipe in half???
