Weekly Meal Plan {Week 38}
Updated May 13, 2020
It’s meal planning time! We have a tasty week planned for you! Let us know what you are most excited to make this week in the comments! Enjoy!
Week 38
Monday (10/5): Get Your Greens Salad– all of my favorite green ingredients in one bowl! This salad will leave you full and energized!
Tuesday (10/6): Pesto, Artichoke, and Havarti Grilled Cheese– Loads of gooey goodness going on here! It’s a hit in our house and it will be one in yours too!
Wednesday (10/7): 5-Ingredient Spinach Parmesan Pasta– a stress free, easy and quick dinner tonight! Good food doesn’t have to be complicated and this recipe is ready in no time and only requires 5 ingredients! And in case your needing a little mid-week pick me up, I think my Pumpkin Gingersnap Cookies will do just the trick!
Thursday (10/8): Black Bean and Sweet Potato Tostadas-one of our favorite weeknight meals!
Friday (10/9): Three Cheese Skillet Nachos– These nachos are delicious for so many reasons but the fact that they are piled high with three different cheeses is definitely the icing on the cake…or nachos!
Saturday (10/10): Whole Wheat Apple Cinnamon Pancakes– These pancakes are a great reason to wake up in the morning and apples are the perfect fall addition to these pancakes! Have them for breakfast or brunch and grab some take out for dinner.
Sunday (10/11): Roasted Tomato Basil Soup– One of my all time favorite soups! Make some Artichoke, Roasted Red Pepper, & Feta Biscuits to help soak up any last remnants left in your soup bowl! Enjoy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Streusel Cake for dessert!
Tip- The Roasted Tomato Basil Soup is a great freezer meal so make an extra batch on Sunday to pull out whenever you are needing a flavorful and comforting soup on a chilly day.
If you make one of our recipes, take a picture and share on Instagram! Use the hashtag #twopeasandtheirpod! We want to see what you are making in your kitchen! And don’t forget to follow us on Instagram!
And remember, we created a Weekly Meal Plan section on our blog so you can get inspiration from all of the weeks!
The roasted tomato basil soup sounds delish!
I’m going to try and make time Saturday morning for those pancakes!
