Weekly Meal Plan {Week 37}

Happy Saturday! Take some time today to sit down and plan your meals for the week! We’ve made it easy for you! All you have to do is go to the store:) Enjoy!
Week 37
Monday (9/28): Spinach Artichoke Egg Casserole– Cook once, eat twice. This recipe is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Have some for dinner tonight then reheat a serving for breakfast tomorrow morning!
Tuesday (9/29): Ultimate Veggie Sandwich– This sandwich really is ultimate! It’s loaded with veggies and a slather of hummus. Make it with your favorite sandwich bread and some sliced fruit! Make Pumpkin Cinnamon Cookies for dessert, my favorite fall cookies! They are SO good!
Wednesday (9/30): Stovetop Avocado Mac and Cheese– Our boys love this mac and cheese and so do we!
Thursday (10/1): Roasted Cauliflower and Cheddar Soup– This soup is perfect for a chilly fall night! Serve with a loaf of crusty bread from your favorite bakery.
Friday (10/2): Pear, Brie, and Honey Quesadillas are perfect for an easy Friday night dinner. Serve a simple green salad on the side and enjoy Peanut Butter Apple Bars for dessert.
Saturday (10/3): Start your Saturday with Brown Butter Pumpkin Waffles. Eat leftovers or go out to dinner!
Sunday (10/4): Spinach and Artichoke Quinoa Bake– Always a big hit in our family. It’s easy to throw together and the leftovers are great! Have a plate of Apple Coffee Crumb Cake with Brown Sugar Glaze for dessert with a dollop of whipped cream!

Thanks for the list! My kid’s a picky-eater. Me and my husband are gaining weight already, we definitely need a list of healthier options!
