Week 35
Monday (9/14): Parmesan Crusted Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich– This grilled cheese is crispy, salty, warm and gooey! Serve cut up veggies on the side.
Tuesday (9/15): Asian Cucumber Noodle Salad-this fresh and simple salad is fun to make and fun to eat!
Wednesday (9/16): Cilantro Lime Quinoa– Quinoa fans rejoice! This recipe is easy and delicious! Pair it with Three Bean Tacos and you’ll have a hit for dinner!
Thursday (9/17): Easy Cheesy Baked Tortellini– Dinner is a cinch tonight when you use store bought cheese tortellini to make this cheesy pasta dish!
Friday (9/18): Make a Roasted Red Onion and Pear Salad and eat leftover tortellini! It’s Friday so enjoy Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert!
Saturday (9/19): Baked Peanut Butter Apple Oatmeal– This oatmeal will have you feeling like a kid again and makes great leftovers! Go out for dinner or make something simple.
Sunday (9/20): Green Chile Enchilada Quinoa Bake-this is a family favorite! The boys love eating it with tortilla chips. Enjoy Coconut Brownies for dessert.
