Weekly Meal Plan {Week 31}
Updated May 12, 2020
Happy Saturday! We can’t wait to eat dinner this week! There are lots of favorites on the menu! We hope you enjoy them too!
Week 31
Monday (8/17): Grilled Peach, Pesto, and Mozzarella Quesadillas– These easy summer quesadillas are full of flavor! They are a new favorite at our house and we think you will like them too!
Tuesday (8/18): Fajita Quinoa Bowls– All of my favorite fajita toppings in one big bowl!
Wednesday (8/19): Got leftover fajita toppings? Turn last nights fajita bowls into a big fajita salad! Serve fresh sweet corn on the side! Make a loaf of Zucchini Coconut Bread to snack on this week!
Thursday (8/20): Zucchini Noodles with Pesto-turn your zucchini into noodles! They are fun to make and fun to eat! Serve watermelon slices on the side.
Friday (8/21): Caprese Garlic Bread-we can’t get enough of this bread! For dessert, cool down with these mini Ritz Cracker Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwiches.
Saturday (8/22): Baked Peach Almond Oatmeal-Enjoy this delicious oatmeal for breakfast! Save any leftover oatmeal for later in the week because it reheats well! Go out for dinner or eat leftovers!
Sunday (8/23): Grilled BBQ Chicken and Pineapple Tacos and Mango, Strawberry, and Avocado Arugula Salad are on the menu for tonight! Make Zucchini Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert!
Tip-make a big patch of pesto on Monday so you don’t have to make it again on Thursday. Our Spinach Basil Pesto Recipe is our favorite. It freezes well too! Also, make sure you pick up plenty of peaches and zucchini at the market this week! You will use them a few times!
If you make one of our recipes, take a picture and share on Instagram! Use the hashtag #twopeasandtheirpod! We want to see what you are making in your kitchen! And don’t forget to follow us on Instagram!
And remember, we created a Weekly Meal Plan section on our blog so you can get inspiration from all of the weeks!
Fajita quinoa bowls sound great!! Love that I can make this for my non-quinoa loving husband and have him use tortillas. And I love your pesto recipe, too. Thanks for sharing.
