Weekly Meal Plan

Memorial Day is on Monday and we have some holiday recipe ideas for you! Plus, dinner ideas for the entire week! Happy meal planning!

Monday (5/25): Happy Memorial Day! Every holiday should start with a special breakfast. We will be making Blueberry Yogurt Waffles. Having a BBQ or going to one? Here are a few of our favorite sides: Quinoa Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing, Blueberry, Strawberry, and Jicama SalsaGreek Tortellini Salad, and Southwestern Grilled Sweet Potato Salad. For dessert, make Mini Fruit Pizzas or Blueberry Almond Streusel Galette.

Tuesday (5/26): Eat leftovers from your Memorial Day BBQ! No leftovers? Eat out!

Wednesday (5/27): Asian Cucumber Noodle Salad-I can’t stop making this salad. It is my new favorite!

Thursday (5/28): Easy Chickpea Vegetable Stir Fry-this easy and healthy stir fry is a staple at our house. We like to serve it over quinoa for extra protein!

Friday (5/29): Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwiches-it’s Friday and we are keeping dinner simple with grilled cheese! The guacamole is a must! Try it! Enjoy Flourless Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert!

Saturday (5/30): Treat yourself to Cinnamon Streusel Baked French Toast Sticks on Saturday morning. Make Pear, Brie, and Honey Quesadillas for dinner. Serve a simple green salad on the side.

Sunday (5/31): Grilled Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin with Blueberry Corn SaladGreek Yogurt Biscuits, and Strawberry Cake for dessert! Sunday dinners are the best!
