Pretzel Bites

Pretzel bites are fun to make and fun to eat!

Combine water, sugar, yeast, and butter, then mix. Let it sit. Combine dough ingredients. Then, knead the dough into a ball. Cover and place in a warm spot. Meanwhile, boil water in a roasting pan and add baking soda.

Divide the dough, roll the pieces into ropes, and cut into pretzel bites. Boil the pretzel bites in the water solution, then place them on a prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with egg wash and season with salt.

Bake and let them rest. Serve with cheese sauce.
