"These were so good! The whole family loved them. The Parmesan cheese skirt is a must. The flavorful butter is so smart. And a really yummy pizza sauce like Muir Glenn elevates the whole dish." -Elizabeth

1

Combine the butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Slather the mixture on one side of the bottom slice of bread.

2

Sprinkle some Parmesan in a hot skillet. Place the bread, buttered side down, on the cheese. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni.

3

Spread the remaining butter mixture on the second slice of bread, then place it face up on top of the bread and cheese. Let the sandwich cook, then remove it from the pan.

4

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan in the pan and place the uncooked side down of the sandwich on top. Cook and serve.
