Microwave the chocolate and butter, then stir. Add the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract, then stir.

Add the eggs and stir. Add the cocoa powder and stir. Pour the batter into a prepared pan. Bake and let cool.

Meanwhile, make the chocolate ganache. Spread the chocolate ganache over the cooled cake. Cut into slices and serve with powdered sugar and raspberries, if desired.
