Combine the streusel ingredients, then set aside. Whisk together the dry ingredients, then set aside.

Meanwhile, cream the butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time and beat. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Then, add in all of the dry ingredients and mix.

Assemble the cake, starting with half of the batter and the streusel, followed by the remaining half of each.

Bake and let cool. Make the glaze and drizzle it over the cooled cake. Then, slice and serve.
