Brown Butter Dutch Baby with cinnamon apples is the perfect breakfast or brunch for fall. Serve with maple syrup, a dusting of confectioner's sugar, and whipped cream.

Start by making the brown butter. Meanwhile, warm a cast iron skillet in the oven.

Blend the eggs, milk, flour, some of the brown butter, maple syrup (or sugar), vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the remaining brown butter to the hot pan and swirl to coat.

Add the batter to the hot buttered pan. Bake and serve.
