Biscoff Pumpkin Pie- this creamy pumpkin pie is made with Biscoff cookie butter and a Biscoff cookie crust. It's the easiest pumpkin pie recipe out there and everyone loves it. A MUST make for the holidays!

For The Crust: • Biscoff Cookies • Butter For the Filing: • Cream Cheese • Brown Sugar • Biscoff Cookie Butter • Pumpkin Puree • Vanilla Extract • Spices • Heavy Cream

Pulverize Biscoff cookies. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter.

Pour mixture into a pie pan. Press into the bottom and the sides. Bake and let cool.

Beat heavy cream. Refrigerate. Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and Biscoff cookie butter together. Add pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix.

Fold whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture. Scrape mixture into the prepared crust. Refrigerate.
