Spread some butter on one side of the bottom slice of bread. Sprinkle Parmesan hot skillet.

Place the bread, buttered side down, on the Parmesan. Top it with grated cheese.

Spread butter on the second slice of bread, then place it face up on top of the bread and cheese in the pan. Cook.

Remove the sandwich and place some cheddar on the pan. Place the uncooked side of the sandwich on the cheddar and cook. Slice and serve.
