Cook the onion in oil, followed by the ground beef. Drain off any excess grease.

Add the taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer. Remove from heat and drain any excess liquid, then set aside.

Lay out one tortilla at a time. Place some ground beef and cheese, then roll it up.
