Triple Berry Chia Smoothie-raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries are blended together with chia seeds to create a refreshing smoothie! You only need 5 minutes and 5 ingredients to make this healthy smoothie!

Triple Berry Chia Smoothie

I am almost 29 weeks pregnant and I am feeling pretty good. Thank goodness the nausea stopped at week 23. I am extremely tired though! I am tempted to stay in bed all day but then I remember I have a toddler, husband, and blog that need me. So I get up every day and do my best to get things done.

No matter how tired I am, I try to workout five days a week. I do the elliptical/weights three days a week and go to an exercise class two days a week. I also try to sneak in bonus walks when it is nice outside. My workouts aren’t as intense as I would like them to be, but at least I am doing something. I am training for a marathon so I need to keep as active as possible. No, I am not running a marathon, but giving birth is my upcoming marathon…and I can’t turn back now! ๐Ÿ™‚

After my workouts I try to refuel my body with a healthy snack. I am currently loving this Triple Berry Chia Smoothie. It is packed with superfoods and is super simple to make!

Triple Berry Chia Smoothie Recipe

After my workouts I need a snack ASAP! The baby will keep kicking and punching me until I get something in my belly:) I love that this healthy smoothie can be made in five minutes! There are only five ingredients involved too: almond milk, berries, banana, spinach, and chia seeds!

I like to use Costco’s mixed frozen berries. I love the triple combo of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Plus, the frozen berries make the smoothie extra thick and frosty! I also throw in a half of banana for creaminess and a handful of spinach. I love sneaking greens into my smoothies. I promise you won’t taste the spinach! Finally, I add the magical chia seeds. I love the fiber, protein, and healthy fats they add to my smoothie!

No matter how tired you are, you have time to make this Triple Berry Chia Smoothie. It is great for breakfast or as a healthy snack! This power smoothie will leave you feeling energized and ready to conquer the world!
