• I finally remembered to take a picture of the sauna I built in our basement. It’s not a great photo, but you can get the idea. We’ve been using it almost ever day, we really like it.
• What a Super Bowl, we are glad the Eagles won. Sundays won’t be the same without football.
• Caleb was sick for several days. Poor kid. It seems like everything is going around right now.
• You have to watch this. Amazing! That is our neighbor and friend Tim. The boys love when they get to ski with him, he’s awesome.
• The NBA All-Star Weekend starts on Friday. We will be tuning in. And there is no school tomorrow or Monday for us. We will be skiing, hopefully with some fresh snow.

• On the blog this week, an easy dessert, a protein-packed recipe that’s perfect for meal prep, and my new favorite snack!
• I am currently loving these three sweaters: one, two, three! Such great quality.
• Valentine’s Day is tomorrow, do you have any fun plans? If you need a decadent dessert, I recommend my flourless chocolate cake or easy chocolate cake.
• My new favorite beauty product! I have the colors cheeky and fox. I also love the bronze balm and highlighting balm. The products melt into the skin. I also love it’s a clean beauty brand.

• Our spring break isn’t until April, but I am already looking into places to go. I am in need for some sunshine and want something to look forward to.
