    1. Hi, glad you’re having a good time in San Diego. I have family there and they love living there. We’re headed for the Rocket mortgage classic golf tournament thanks for all your great recipes. I always share with my sisters and have a safe trip home.

  1. Personally I’ve really enjoyed a lot of Hoover’s books. I would suggest Verity for sure. It Ends with Us and then It Starts with Us. Strange order for sure but it works. Can wait for the movie to come out in August!

  2. hey y’all- great list! Such a cute pic of the boys. Glad your having a good time in San Diego. That food looks amazing! Safe travels back home!

  3. Colleen Hoover is simply a big no thank you for me. I know that people love her books and that’s great for them but they aren’t for me – way too formulaic and unnecessarily angsty.

  4. Where is that delicious looking Mexican food from in San Diego?? We are heading to SD soon and would love to try that.

  5. Too funny – my kids were at the same Padres game with their day camp (lucky kids!). You picked a great week to be here in America’s Finest City! Enjoy!

  6. So excited for The Bear to start again as well. Definitely yes to Colleen Hoover books! It Ends with Us and Verity have been my favorites so far. Read the book before seeing the movie It Ends with Us (coming out in Aug., I think).
