Spinach Salad with Fruit, Almonds, and Feta Cheese
Updated March 26, 2019
Josh is out of town this week, he went on a hiking trip with the guys. I miss him like mad, but I am enjoying the silence. We put the kitchen remodel on hold for a week. I wasn’t about to work all by myself while Josh is on vacation…ha! Last night I made a spinach salad with fruit, almonds, and feta cheese for dinner and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Our dining room may be in the living room right now, but I was still able to relax and enjoy my meal. I love adding fruit to salads. This time I used blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and mangoes. I also topped my spinach salad with almonds, feta cheese, and a little raspberry vinaigrette. I had a beautiful, healthy meal in no time. Simplicity at it’s best.
Dine alone or enjoy this simple summer salad with family and friends. It is delicious either way.

I love making salad with sweet fruits and savory feta cheese, this one I have to try it soon. I love the colors of red, green and white on salad with almonds. Yummy with protein. can not go wrong with that.

I absolutely love adding fruits to salads. An feta cheese is one of my favorite cheeses to pair with fruit. A perfect summer salad.
Is there anything you can use besides feta?
Goat cheese, Parmesan, blue cheese…whatever you like!
I was hoping for a homemade recipe for the raspberry viniagrette ………
I had thought you have a homemade raspberry vinaigrette recipe on your site. Maybe it was a strawberry-raspberry vinaigrette? I am unable to find it. Hopeful you’ll update this one to include a recipe for the dressing!
I have a strawberry dressing, look at my strawberry spinach salad.
