Pineapple Mango Sorbet-cool down with a scoop of this sweet and refreshing sorbet!
I know most of you are in back to school mode, but I am not giving up on summer just yet. I am savoring every second of summer and that means eating lots of Pineapple Mango Sorbet. I can’t get enough of this refreshing sorbet. It is the perfect summertime treat and I am going to keep eating it until fall officially arrives. I am not ready to say goodbye to summer or to my frozen treat habit. I love cooling down with a scoop of this dreamy sorbet!
You may think making your own sorbet is hard, but let me tell you a little secret, it is SO easy! You only need four ingredients: pineapple, mango, sugar, and fresh lime juice.
I blended all of the ingredients in our new KitchenAid Torrent Blender and poured the mixture into our ice cream maker. I put the sorbet in the freezer so it could harden up and that was it! I told you it was easy!
Now, let’s talk about the new KitchenAid Torrent Blender. You guys, this blender is amazing!!! Yes, three exclamation points are necessary. I’ve tried a lot of blenders in my cooking days and this blender is IT! I am head over heels in love! So in love, that we even named our blender. Blaze the blender is part of our family! Caleb picked the name:)
So what is so special about the Torrent Blender? Let me tell you a few of our favorite features. First of all, I love the sleek and stylish look. Isn’t it purty? I don’t mind it sitting on our counter. We have the Sugar Pearl Silver blender, but it also comes in Candy Apple Red and Onyx Black.
Next, the Torrent Blender has a magnetic-lock system that securely locks the pitcher in place and propels the blades for powerful hands-free blending. You can even feel free to multi–task as it blends. You can walk away and let your blender do the work. It isn’t going anywhere and it will automatically shut off!
The blender’s motor is strong and can blend through anything-ice, nuts, fruit, veggies, it can blend anything and everything! It is a powerhouse!
It also has 4 pre-set Adapti-Blend™ programs: pulse, juice, soups/sauces, and icy drinks/smoothies make blending our favorite foods easy! You just have to touch a button! And if you want full control of the blender, you can turn the knob to speed up the blending process or slow it down!
The Torrent Blender is dishwasher-safe and BPA-free. The pitcher, lid, ingredient cap and funnel can all go right into the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
It’s basically the best blender ever. We are so happy Blaze joined our family:)
And make sure you enjoy a scoop or two of this cool and creamy Pineapple Mango Sorbet before summer is over! It is soooooo good!

I agree, awesome and attractive blender. Very sleek. The sorbet looks and sounds delicious, two of my favorite fruit combos, but alas I don’t have an ice cream maker!
This sounds sooo good…like a tropical vacation in a dish!
Looks delicious! Refreshing…sadly no ice cream maker here.
I’d love to make some soup using the vegetables from my garden.

I could eat and eat and eat this!!! I’m dying over here with how hot it is. Heck, forget eating this. I just want to swim around in it and never get out. Haha!
I would make smoothies, smoothies, and shakes with a new blender.
I’m totally up for joining team “I never want summer to end” and what a perfect treat to enjoy our hot sunny days while they last!
Smoothies, salsas, soups! It’s a gorgeous blender!
piรฑa colada!!
This looks so refreshing. Would put the blender to good use for sure
This recipe was amazingly good and easy. I cut my pineapple into chunks, froze on a sheet pan then added to a zip lock bag in the freezer because I needed to wait for my mangos to ripen. Will be looking for more fruit sorbet recipes to tempt my family away from high fat ice cream!
That seems like a really neat blender. I would love this sorbet anytime … even in winter when it would feel like a tropical vacation.
This sorbet looks amazing! I can’t wait to try it
The color is love and taste must have been lovely ๐
I want to make a milkshake.
Love this dish! What a great way to use pineapple and mango together! I can’t wait to make it!
yum! this looks super refreshing!ย
Hi
I don’t have an ice cream maker is ther any other way around it?
This sorbet sounds wonderful!!!
Yum!
What if you don’t have an ice cream maker?
This looks light and refreshing! ย I’d love to win the blender. ย I’ve wanted a GOOD one for years but never get around to spending the money on it.
It,was extremely nice,great taste,wonderful moment, I just couldn’t stop licking my fingers
What if you don’t have an ice cream maker??
I have never tried it without an ice cream maker. I am guessing it won’t be as creamy if you just freeze it in a container without churning.
This looks so good! But can you make it without an ice cream maker?
just made this and pre-freezing taste…..YUM!!!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait for dessert after dinner!!!
Can i make it with stevia instead of sugar? How it will turn out?
I have never used Stevia.
I have made this exactly as the recipe is and also with two very ripe bananas and replacing the sugar with approximately one-quarter cup of cinnamon honey. Both ways are absolutely delicious!
This was delicious as is but I think I’ll scale back a little on the sugar and bump the tang of lime more. My fruit was incredibly sweet to begin with so factor that in when deciding the sweetness level. Overall very tasty.
