Pin ItMy Pear Brie Flatbread is very popular and one of my favorite appetizers to make during the fall months. I decided to make a summer version and I am so glad I did. This Peach Brie Flatbread is so delicious and features the best summer flavors!
This flatbread is easy to make, thanks to store-bought flatbread. It is the perfect recipe to make when peaches are in season. It combines the creamy richness of brie with the sweet juiciness of peaches. The melty brie is SO good, trust me!
The flatbread is also topped with red onion slices, tart blackberries, fresh basil, peppery arugula, salty pistachios, and a drizzle of sweet and spicy hot honey. The flavors are exquisite and scream summer.
You can serve the flatbread as an appetizer or enjoy as a light lunch or dinner. It tastes gourmet but is so simple to make. Your friends and family will be impressed!

- Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
- Top evenly with brie, sliced peaches, red onion, and blackberries.
- Place in the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is light golden brown.

- Use fresh mozzarella cheese instead of brie.
- You can leave off the blackberries or use blueberries instead.
- Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Omit the nuts or use chopped pecans or almonds instead of the pistachios.

This makes me happy!
What about using cauliflower pizza instead of flatbread?
I haven’t tried it, but if you like cauliflower crust, it should be fine.
This looks so good, I think I’ll also add Prosciutto!
