Boys
- Beef Taquitos– the boys have always loved our chicken taquitos and this year they fell in love with beef taquitos. Such a fun meal!
- Açaí Bowl– the boys love making açaí bowls for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. They are easy to make at home and much more affordable. Everyone can customize their own bowls with a variety of toppings.
- Dinner Rolls– the BEST dinner rolls! When Josh makes these, they never last long, the boys devour them! They are light, fluffy, buttery, and melt in your mouth!
- Cookies & Cream Cookies– the boys request these cookies often! They are fun and so delicious!
- Breakfast Sandwich– We make these all of the time for the boys, before school, before skiing, and even for dinner sometimes. They always hit the spot! They are freezer friendly too which is so nice.
- Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats– our boys love classic Rice Krispie Treats, but they always love trying out my new creations. I made a strawberry version this year that they LOVED. They are their very favorite!
Josh
- Lettuce Wraps– so fresh! Great as an appetizer or meal!
- Skillet Enchiladas– an easy weeknight meal! We make this recipe A LOT! I highly recommend you use our homemade enchilada sauce.
- Chicken Gyros– Chicken is marinated in a simple marinade made with Greek yogurt, lemon, red wine vinegar, and spices. Grill to perfection and add the juicy chicken to pita bread and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
- Brown Butter Salted Caramel Snickerdoodle Blondies– These blondies are inspired by our favorite cookies. They are SO good and Josh can never stay out of the pan…ha!
- The Best Grilled Cheese– Josh’s famous grilled cheese recipe! He starts with hearty sourdough bread and uses lots of cheese on the inside and outside. The textures and flavors are incredible. You have to try it!
Maria
- Cauliflower Enchiladas– corn tortillas are filled with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, enchilada sauce, and cheese and baked until bubbly. Serve with lime crema and your favorite toppings for a satisfying vegetarian meal.
- No Bake Peanut Butter Bars– I LOVE peanut butter and chocolate together and these no bake bars are SO easy and SO delicious!
- White Bean Soup– this was actually the number one recipe from 2023 based on page views and one of my personal favorite recipes! It is a WINNER! It is cozy, comforting, full of flavor, basically a hug in a bowl!
- Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars– Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie bars made with brown butter, lots of chocolate, and flaky sea salt. The bars are made in one pan, making them the perfect EASY dessert for potlucks, parties, or any day! I make these bars all of the time and everyone LOVES them!
- Stuffed Sweet Potatoes– Baked sweet potatoes filled with black beans, veggies, enchilada sauce, and lots of delicious toppings! So satisfying! I could eat this meal every single day! My VERY favorite! And guess what? My boys like this meal too so that makes me love it even more:)
