Pin ItLet’s Eat Cookies: A Collection of the Best Cookie Recipes was created in response to a consistent and overwhelming request from blog readers to have physical recipes in hand while baking and is the result of many happy hours spent testing, tasting, baking, and sharing cookies.
Cookies are my happy place and I’m beyond excited to share this new cookie cookbook with you. There are 70 recipes, including both brand new recipes specifically designed for this book and my most loved cookie recipes from the blog.
There is at least one photo for every recipe, the photos are SO gorgeous and will make you crave cookies instantly! I also share LOTS of cookie tips, an entire entertaining chapter, and MORE!

Let’s Eat Cookies Errata
There a few minor errors in the book and I want to offer my sincere apologies. We spent months testing the recipes and editing the book, but unfortunately a few mistakes made it to print.
I understand the frustration and inconvenience these mistakes may have caused during your baking experiences, and for that, I deeply apologize.
Below are the known errors to date and the corrections.

Hi! We are baking the birthday cookie recipe and it calls for corn starch but there are no directions for the corn starch in the recipe. Did I miss something?
I am SO sorry for the typo!! Add it with the dry ingredients. The recipe DOES have cornstarch. Again, sorry!
