Greek Tacos-mix up taco night and make these simple, fresh, and healthy Greek tacos!

Greek Taco Recipe

Every week, I do a weekly meal plan for us and for all of you. I try to stick to them, but sometimes I get lazy or forget to go to the store. Last week, I was going to make Greek Tortellini Salad for dinner, but I didn’t have any tortellini. I bought all of the ingredients except the tortellini. Oops! So instead, I made Greek Tacos.

I love our Greek Tortellini Salad, but I am kind of glad I didn’t have any tortellini because now we have a new favorite dinner! These Greek Tacos are tasty!

Greek Tacos Recipe

Greek flavors are my favorite! I don’t know why I haven’t made Greek Tacos before!

Greek Tacos

Thank goodness we had Old El Paso Tortillas in the fridge! The lightbulb went on and I turned my Greek ingredients into super delicious tacos!

Greek Tacos Recipe

I topped the tortillas with cucumbers, tomatoes, kalamata olives, chickpeas, feta cheese, red onion, and tzatziki sauce. I had dinner on the table in about 15 minutes. You can’t beat that!

Mix up taco night and make these simple, fresh, and healthy Greek Tacos. They are going to be a regular at our dinner table!

  1. Greek food is my favorite! I love this Mexican/Greek fusion dinner idea! I definitely would have NEVER thought to ad chickpeas to the taco party, but love it! Pinned!

  2. If I would have started my black beans in the crock pot this morning for regular tacos, I would be making this tonight! Looks yummy and I can’t wait to try it. I already love your Greek Tortellini salad (it’s actually my favorite thing to make on Sundays for week day lunches) but in tacos just sounds amazing!

  3. I love this idea! I have been making Greek salads (adding quinoa and chickpeas instead of meat) every evening this week. I try to stock up on similar ingredients each week so I don’t waste food. I’ll have to add this Greek taco into my upcoming meal plan!

  4. I love this flavour mash-up! So easy and perfect for quick dinners. I can’t wait to try them!

  5. I just made this for dinner and added some chicken for extra protein. Woah, I am impressed with the flavor and it was so easy to make! I prepped the veggies the night before and only had to quickly whip up the chicken and we had a delicious, easy dinner. I will be saving this one for sure!
