Greek Salsa-this simple and healthy Greek salsa makes a great appetizer or snack and it only takes 10 minutes to make!
Did you know My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 is coming to theaters March 25th? I am so excited because I loved the first movie. It is hilarious! I told Josh he has to take me to see the new movie and he said he never saw the first one. I was like WHAT? So we had a little date night in and I made him watch it with me.
To go with our movie, I made Greek Salsa! I crave Greek food every time I watch that movie so I wanted to be prepared! Forget the popcorn, we had Greek Salsa and homemade pita chips to munch on!
If you like the traditional Greek salad, you will love this salsa. It has all of the same ingredients: tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, kalamata olives, parsley, oregano, and red wine vinegar, but it is served salsa style. It is simple, fresh, and healthy!
We love Greek food and chips and salsa so this recipe is a huge hit at our house. We like to serve the salsa with homemade pita chips.
Our boys love this salsa too! They won’t eat Greek Salad, because it is a salad, but they will devour this Greek Salsa with chips! They have so much fun dipping! This is a recipe the entire family can enjoy! It is also great with chicken, fish, or lamb!
Make this easy Greek Salsa for your family this weekend in celebration of My Big Fat Greek Wedding coming to theaters on March 25. The whole family is back for an even bigger and Greeker wedding! Obsessed with this! I love it chopped into a salsa to get all the flavors in one bite!
So refreshing recipe. I would like to remove feta cheese from the recipe as I am looking into weight loss and so I am avoiding the consumption of all types of cheese. A very healthy and light appetizer.
This looks and sounds incredible, yum!

Is this something you can make the day before or is it better to make it fresh the day of?
It is best the day off, but still good the second day.
I have made this three times for groups, and everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. It’s so fresh, healthy and delicious
! I have served it with homemade whole wheat pita chips and Stacy’s pita chips.
