Stuffed Shells

Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a creamy, cheesy spinach filling, topped with rich marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and baked to perfection!

Cook the pasta shells. Drain, rinse, and set aside. Meanwhile, sauté in olive oil, followed by the garlic.

Combine the ricotta, egg, spinach mixture, some mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Spread some marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Fill the pasta shells with the cheese and spinach mixture, then place them on the baking dish.

Pour the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake and garnish before serving.
