Cook the Italian sausage, drain, and set aside. Cut the rolls in half lengthwise.

Place the bottom half of the rolls in a prepared pan and spread with some sauce. Top with cheese, pepperoni, cooked Italian sausage, and the remaining cheese.

Spread the remaining sauce on the cut side of the roll tops, and place on top of the cheese.

Make the garlic butter mixture. Brush it on the roll tops and sprinkle with parsley. Bake and serve.
