Spaghetti

Carbonara

A classic pasta dish made with spaghetti, eggs, Pecorino Romano cheese, and bacon. You only need 6-ingredients and 20 minutes to make this rich and silky spaghetti! It is a dinner favorite!

Start by cooking the pasta. Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs and cheese, then set aside.

Cook the bacon (or pancetta), followed by the garlic. Reserved some starchy water when the pasta has finished cooking. Then, drain the pasta.

Add the pasta to the skillet and toss, then remove from heat. Pour the egg/cheese mixture and whisk.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish the pasta before serving.
