Raspberry Cream Cheese

This flaky breakfast pastry is made with store-bought puff pastry and filled with a sweet raspberry cream cheese filling. It's easy to make, delicious, and beautiful to serve. Enjoy for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!

Prepare cream cheese filling and refrigerate. Then, unfold the puff pastry sheets and roll them out. Cut off the top 2 corners, followed by slanting strips on both sides and the flaps at the bottom.

Spread the cream cheese filling down the center of each pastry. Spread the raspberry jam and top with fresh raspberries.

Fold the strips over the filling. Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with sliced almonds, if using. Bake and let cool.
