you'll need:
• Butter • All-Purpose Flour • Brown Sugar • Baking Powder • Baking Soda • Cinnamon • Kosher Salt • Spices • Buttermilk • Pumpkin • Eggs • Vanilla Extract

Brown the butter. Scrape into a bowl and set aside.

Whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Set aside.

Whisk together buttermilk, pumpkin, brown butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour liquid ingredients over dry ingredients and mix.

Scoop waffle batter onto the hot waffle iron. Cook.
