This simple bundt cake is filled with juicy apples, fall spices, a brown sugar cinnamon filling, and finished with a rich and luxurious cream cheese frosting. It is everyone's favorite fall cake!
you'll need:
• All-Purpose Flour
• Baking Soda
• Cinnamon
• Nutmeg
• Cloves
• Kosher Salt
• Oil
• Sour Cream
• Brown Sugar
• Granulated Sugar
• Eggs
• Vanilla Extract
• Apples

Whisk together dry ingredients and set aside.

Combine oil, sour cream or yogurt, sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir. Fold in apple chunks.

Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into a prepared pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Top with remaining batter.

Bake and let cool. Make cream cheese frosting. Drizzle frosting over cooled cake.
