Happy Saturday! Are you ready to plan your meals for the week? We hope our Weekly Meal Plan makes it easy for you! Enjoy!
Week 17:
Monday (5/11): Smashed Chickpea, Avocado, and Pesto Salad Sandwich-this healthy and delicious sandwich only takes minutes to make and is perfect for Meatless Monday! Serve fresh fruit and baby carrots on the side!
Tuesday (5/12): Black Bean and Mango Tostadas-make it a Tostada Tuesday! Serve Toasted Coconut, Toffee, and Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert! I bet you can’t eat just one:)
Wednesday (5/13): Goat Cheese Lemon Pasta with Kale-I could eat this pasta dish every night. It is always a winner!
Thursday (5/14): Orzo Stuffed Peppers– we serve our stuffed peppers with a side salad and call it good!
Friday (5/15): Pizza party night! Make our Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Dough and let everyone choose their favorite pizza toppings!
Saturday (5/16): Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce– these pancakes are heavenly and the perfect way to start off your Saturday! For dinner, eat out or heat up leftovers.
Sunday (5/17): Loaded Baked Gnocchi-this baked gnocchi dish will remind you of a loaded baked potato! It is easy to make and ultimate comfort food! Serve Roasted Lemon Parmesan Green Beans on the side and make Mini Fruit Pizzas for dessert!
