  16. Thank you Maria and Josh:

I have bookmarked quite a few and will tentatively try them. What I mean by tentatively, is I have my Mama living with me and she doesn’t like to eat healthy.
Usually I give in and eat her way, because it is too much energy to cook two meals.
Every so often I slip something in and she semi-likes it, so that is what I will do with the recipes that I bookmarked.

I want to say thank you for your blog and the work you put into it.
    I enjoy it so much!

Wishing all of you a year filled with blessings.

    Charlie

  19. Awesome recipe round up. Healthy eating doesn’t need equal bland, boring food – and these post really demonstrates that. Our activity level took a nose dive after Baby Boy was born, so we’ve been trying to eat healthier even if not exercising as much (hard to motivate yourself to get on the tread mill when you’ve only slept 4 hours – I’m sure you know!). Great round up – looking forward to trying some of these out.
    Happy New Year!

  20. Trying a few today so when I am tired from work and school I can still have something healthy. Thank You and Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!
